TITLE:                                Custodial Night Lead

CLASSIFICATION:             Hourly (Non-exempt)

PAY RANGE 11:                 $17.44 to $18.54 (based on experience and education)  

SHIFT:                               Split 1st & 2nd Shift hours (hours may vary by building)

LENGTH:                            8 Hours daily/260 days yearly

REPORTS TO:                    Building Administration in conjunction with the Facilities Operations Manager

SUMMARY: Performs cleaning duties as needed based on need. Provides direction and support to contract services staff on priorities and ensuring work is completed nightly. Operates and performs general maintenance on buildings and grounds.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Coordinates the contracted workers (cleaners) on tasks that need to be completed and inspects assigned custodial areas for cleanliness.
